You’re gathering people, holding space, moving ideas forward.
But lately, it feels like:
You’re not imagining it.
Community leadership is meaningful — and exhausting — when you don’t have a structure you can trust.
SIM Quest gives you that structure..
SIM Quest is a 10‑day, practice-based challenge that strengthens the civic muscles every initiative needs:
Each day, you’ll receive one simple, actionable prompt that moves your work forward — not in theory, but in practice.
Clarity: What matters most right now?
Alignment: Who needs to move with you?
Rhythm: What small action builds momentum today?
SIM Quest is designed for community leaders, grassroots organizers, advocates, emerging leaders, and team members who want to contribute more effectively — especially those who feel stretched thin but still believe in what’s possible.
If you see yourself in this, you’re in the right place.
Over 10 days, you’ll:
Day 1 — Define Your Initiative
Start with clarity. A simple, well‑defined initiative reduces overwhelm and creates momentum.
Day 2 — Identify Your Stakeholders
Leadership begins with people. You map who’s connected and who matters most.
Day 3 — Map the Needs
You surface what your stakeholders say the initiative truly needs to succeed.
Day 4 — Clarify Your Opportunities
Where needs and your capacity overlap, movement becomes possible.
Day 5 — Set Your Goals
You turn opportunities into clear, achievable goals that guide your effort.
Day 6 — Identify Your First Actions
Small, doable actions create momentum. You choose your first steps.
Day 7 — Take Your First Step
Leadership becomes real when you act. Today you move your initiative forward.
Day 8 — Build Your Plan
With your first step taken, you shape a simple, sustainable next‑phase plan.
Day 9 — Continue Taking Action
Consistency builds impact. You reinforce your rhythm and keep moving.
Day 10 — Capture Your Impact
You pause, measure, and name what shifted — and identify what comes next.
You’ll finish the challenge with more confidence, more direction, and more momentum than you started with.
“I was exhausted. Our initiative had heart, but no rhythm. I felt like I was dragging people uphill. By Day 3 of SIM Quest, I finally saw the real landscape — who was with me, who was drifting, and who I needed to reconnect with. By Day 7, I made one alignment ask I’d been avoiding for months. It changed everything. I left the 10 days with clarity, a rhythm, and a sense of agency I hadn’t felt in years.”
